Scope
These terms apply to the subscriptions ("packs") offered on OstadTools by OstadTools. They supplement the Terms of Service. When the platform is in free mode, no payment is requested.
Packs and prices
Each pack gives access to a list of tools for a set period. Packs, included tools and prices in dirhams (MAD) are shown on the Pricing page at the time of ordering. A custom price may be granted to a teacher; it is then shown in their space.
Ordering and payment
- You choose a pack when registering or in "My subscription".
- You pay as indicated (transfer or deposit to one of the listed accounts).
- You send the proof of payment (photo or PDF of the receipt) from your space.
- The team checks the payment and activates the pack; you are informed by notification and e-mail.
Receipts you send are only used to check the payment.
Duration and renewal
The subscription runs from its activation for the period paid. It is not renewed automatically: you are reminded before it ends and renew by sending a new payment. If it is not renewed, access to the pack's tools is paused; your data (classes, tests, results) is kept and becomes accessible again as soon as you renew.
Changing pack
You can ask for another pack at any time from your space; the new pack is activated once the corresponding payment has been checked.
Refunds
As the service is available as soon as it is activated, an activated pack is in principle not refundable. If you could not use the service because of a technical problem on our side, contact us: we offer an extension or a pro-rata refund. A payment received by mistake or not activated is refunded.

Send any complaint to admin@ostadtools.com. We answer as quickly as possible. These terms are governed by Moroccan law, including law No. 31-08 on consumer protection where it applies.
